Base Fees as of April 1, 2025

Please note that fees are due at the beginning of the month for that month.  If your payment is late you will receive a written notification. Payments not received within 3 days of a written notification will result in a $25.00 late payment fee. Payments not made in full by the end of the month will result in the loss of your child care space.  Payment can be made by e-transfer or cheque (we require a minimum of four postdated cheques at the time of enrollment).  There will be a $30.00 NSF charge for cheques that do not clear.

Our per-month fee structure for children ages 3 years to kindergarten is as follows:

5 days/week: $945.00/month

4 days/week: $788.00/month

3 days/week: $591.00/month

2 days/week: $394/month

1 day/week: $197/month

Our per-month fee structure for children 0-36 months is as follows:

5 days/week: $1345.00/month

4 days/week: $1126.00/month

3 days/week: $847.00/month

2 days/week: $563/month

1 day/week: $284/month

Drop in (must be booked at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability):  Children ages 3 years to kindergarten:  $55.00/day for full day.

Children 0-36 months:  $70.00/day for full day.

Our centre has also opted-in to the Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative.  Currently, this initiative results in a $545/month fee reduction for full time children ages 3-5, and a $900/month fee reduction for children under 3 years of age.  Children attending part time receive a pro-rated reduction based on their age and days attending.

*A 5% discount will be given for a second child enrolled in the program and a 10% discount will be given for any additional children after that.

*There will be no refunds given for days missed due to illness, vacation, or other absences.  There will be no refunds due to termination of services or withdrawal from the program without proper notice.

Additional fees

**Late fee** 

5:35 – 5:45:  $10.00 and $10.00 for every 5 minutes (or part thereof) after 5:45.
